Find Your Way Psychotherapy/Psychoanalysis in English and Swedish
To find your way may mean different things to different people. Are you feeling lost, confused, or stuck in your life and do not know which way to turn? Are you overwhelmed by your feelings or thoughts or unsure of what you think or feel in the first place? Are you suffering from symptoms such as anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem which you cannot seem to overcome?
Perhaps you have moved to Sweden from another country and the competent way you have managed your life earlier does not seem to work now, leaving you feeling frustrated, alienated, and lonely.
Finding your way can also have to do with learning to know, understand, and accept yourself on a deeper level. It takes courage to face more painful aspects of yourself and also to stand firm when others may wish or expect you to be a different way.
Sometimes seeking professional psychotherapeutic help is necessary for working on problems such as the above, although this is never an easy step to take. Exploring one’s innermost thoughts and feelings in the safety of a caring, professional relationship can, however, be an extremely helpful as well as an enriching experience.
I welcome you to contact me to see if psychotherapy can be of help to you.
